I brought my car in several times to have my VW R32 looked at. I explained to Gary my concern with my car. I was charged $800.00 to fix my alternator. I originally had concerns with my car stalling on me while I was diving or starting it up. I have called to Marty's Motor about the situation, dropped it of 3 times to have them take a look. I had the same experience as Joe G. ,Chris G and Sandra D. with their service experience, stated on Yelp. Martin Kaliski has no Idea what is going on with the cars that come in. So when I bring it in the shop the 3rd time, I notice parts missing and disconnected as I lift the hood of my engine in their garage I just got an email. stating that Marty never charged me for the diagnostic test, What? Are you kidding me? You charge me for another test when you did not fix my original concern with the car? I have already made several complaints about the car not working properly . I even have left it in the shop several days for the company too take a look at it several days. One of their tech?s. even took it out for a test drive and said it staled. This issue has been on going Marty , it is not like you are unaware of the situation? I would hope not, because you are the owner right?So by me sharing my experience with your business on the virtual world and how you handled the situation is my way of sharing with other consumers of unethical behavior.
