I'm giving this place a one star as I thought in the beginning I wouldn't have a problem with them, but that wasn't the case. At first, they seem nice when I called in, but to start, they immediately after lied about how when the car was picked up, they were told it had suspension problems when driving it, but I verified that message was never given to them. I never had issues with leakage, they sent me photos of "leakage" they claimed was severe. I never noticed it nor anyone else, neither no photos of concrete or pavement oil stains. They also mentioned extra $1200 for these repairs trying to make some extra cash by any means, even if it meant finessing customers. Anyways, they had an attitude the whole process and would seemingly not like when you challenged them on these things to verify and understand more of their claims. So, to finish up, I'm in the army and I'm not in Elk Grove, but I requested evidence of the work and they said they don't have to provide proof of the auto parts used, like it was hassle I had to go back and forth with them just for simple things. They actually got emotional while I kept it professional and they threw stuff in my face because I mentioned I was done wrong by another shop. I would avoid this place. When I requested an invoice in the beginning because they were never even going to send one, they gave me attitude over the phone, trashy business. I will be seeing my car soon and I hope not to be scammed. Just literal basic maintenance stuff they provided no receipts or parts replaced like an oil change, spark plugs, brake fluid swap, coolant swap, knowing a customer is out the state, they should have the professionalism to show the customer evidence during and after the completed job, but failed to do so. Bad business practices. AVOID. Take your emotions and feelings out of place of business, don't belong there. Go to big name shops or the dealership.
