Hi. I am a Resident in Elk Grove for many years. I have had multiple vehicles serviced thru Auto solutions, a Toyota Tacoma, a specialty vehicle Audi A-4, AND my RV. I have had great service, fast and efficient, and even auto pick up and drop off on occasion. This shop has always gone the extra mile to keep me on track with normal vehicle maintenance, AND quick service for emergency repairs. I appreciate this shop for all their help. I have a hard time believing posts stating the shop would act deceptively, or unfair, most likely those complaining knew they had expensive repairs that they did not want to take care of. I have often made cost comparisons with Auto Solns., to Toyota or small repair shops in Elk Grove, and they usually beat all the charges. I have had people work on my Audi who did not know what they were doing and had to take my Audi to MIKE and have him fix what other shops could not fix. Thank you Val and Mike you do a great job for this community.
