sad to say the women name Claire is very unprofessional when leaving a message as being contracted with home protection you should be more professional and not tell the customer your busy and not able to come out to check the issue this is why your being contracted with home protection do you job and don't say your busy as we all whom have a job or business make the time to make sure customers come first at all time if you live at Watsonville or in China make the time to service you customers!!!!!!!!!
