Our garage door got stuck this morning and we could not fix it, so I called A-1 upon my neighbor's recommendation. Willow took my call and she was very helpful and professional. She said the earliest appt I could make would be tomorrow afternoon, but she might be able to send a guy at least to close the door for us so we could sleep without worrying about leaving the garage door open all night. She said she would try to reach some tech guys and call me back... and sure enough she called me back within 1 hour. When the tech guy named Joe showed up, he looked at the cables, diagnosed quickly and told me that he could fix it without replacing the cables and he did! Now our door opens and closes like a brand new, thanks to Joe! He was very friendly and professional and we are so grateful for his services. Thanks, A-1, Joe and Willow! They save my day!
