I went with COIT because I was told they could remove stains due to a chemical that only they have and it is the best in the industry. After paying almost $700.00 to get 2 rooms (family &bedroom done the next day when the carpet dried (extremely wet) the stains reappeared and the carpets didn’t even look like they were cleaned. I am very disappointed with COIT and will never use of recommend them to anyone. The technician claimed he had 35 years experience, but the outcome did not show that.
