Eric was very professional and efficient. He asked questions about things I had not thought of when he arrived and took time to explain reasons and processes. He had no issues with my dog but recommended he be outside during the cleaning process so that the dog not step in the cleaning chemicals. Eric reminded me to take the food bowl and water dish outside for the dog. I was impressed that he set up a fan to help dry the floors before he left. it is the attention to the little details that greatly impressed me.
