Rude and argumentative man who did the pick up and delivery. I caught him in a bold face lie. I contacted Gus requested that someone else be sent back for the final delivery, Gus said he would send someone else out but he didn't. He sent the same lying disrespectful man.
Gus also didn't seem to care one iota about my dissatisfaction of the cleaning service and the damage to one of the rugs.
Unbelievable lack of caring about customer. We will never use Coit again and will warn others.
