Jose (technician 015) did an awesome job! The COIT team at the Houston facility did an awesome job cleaning 4 sets of 16-foot pleated drapes and accurately installing the hanging hooks in the pleats.
Jose, a COIT employee for 33 years, did an awesome job quoting and then performing the work on a 12-foot ladder to remove 16-foot drapes (2 sets of shear pleated drapes plus 2 sets of heavy, lined pleated drapes) from traverse rods. Once cleaned by the team at the COIT Houston facility, Jose repaired and restrung the drapery rods then hung the 4 sets of drapes. The drapes are clean, open/close and hang beautifully.
