My new puppy had an accident on a new rug. Found COIT on line with good reviews. I called made an appointment for them to pick up and pick up the rug to clean. The guy was very nice and promised me it would be washed and treated and I specifically asked no deodorants on the rug, I’m highly allergic to a chemicals even to a poly materials some rugs made of. I have only viscose rugs in a house which I don’t have reaction on toxins from materials.
I got my rug mush sooner then I was promise which was a nice surprised. He said it’s all done in 2 days the way I asked too. The rug looked clean but had the order I asked if it been sprayed with orders and he sad off course that is the way they always do and I don’t have to worry about anything I would never have reaction on it.
The long story short is my rug got dirty at some point after and I got new Carpet cleaning vacuum and wished the rug just with worm water without any cleaning solutions. AND OMG!!! THE SMELL OF URINE CAME BACK EVEN STRONGER THEN BEFORE!
I couldn’t believe it, the rug was never desensitized and clean properly!
My rug was never got cleaned or washed as has been promised. It’s been sealed with some chemicals and deodorized and brought to me back stating it was done properly. This is horrible, horrible cleaning way to getting rid of urine smell or urine!
