Disappointed
You would think that for a job that cost one thousand dollars, COIT would honor:
1. The time they said they would come
2. The technician they said they would send
3. The two jobs, duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, they said they would do
No.
1. We were told Tyler would come Thursday between 10-12. Wednesday night COIT called
and said they would come Thursday between 8 and 9 am.
2. Then Bill calls at 10:30 am Thursday and says he is on his way. Tyler has been reassigned.
3. But he said Tyler would come later that day and clean the carpets. At 5:30 pm COIT calls
and asks to reschedule the carpet cleaning for Tuesday. We complain that is was supposed to be done that day and COIT hangs up on us.
Both Bill and Tyler were professional. Bill apologized for the COIT screw up. COIT did not.
