Not pleased with service

I had my tile and grout cleaned.
It was higher priced than I thought being a repeat customer and I was suposedly taking advantage of specials going on now.
Scratched my tile.
Didn't bother to do undet my kitchen table.
(My 3 months of dust are still there)
Didn't move a curio over 2 feet or even do under it.
