From my first call to my last interaction, the entire team did a fantastic job for us. Kelly was prompt and efficient, answered all my questions, offered options and gave me a detailed estimate. She took down, hand cleaned and re-installed my many many wood blinds and they are as good as new. Scott cleaned the carpets and put extra attention to problem spots, they are all gone now, carpets are fresh and bright. Buddy and Mike went above and beyond expectations to restore our tile and grout, they had to carefully remove a coating that the previous homeowners had applied, it was difficult work but they stayed with it until they got it done.
