Professional service guy as always. Brandon was polite and helpful. I appreciate him checking the air conditioning system and roof for age and damage. He spent extra time trying to fix the damaged switches so our heater will work until we can get a new one. We ended up needing to have a new heater installed. Installation was done in one day. It would have been nice for a call confirming their arrival time, as they came about an hour later than we expected them. My husband called when they didn't show up at 7am. Otherwise, very professional and thorough job making the heat in our house work more efficiently.
