Rep. Was very informative, explaining our issues with 25 yr old central A/C system & cost to repair. So we asked for estimate on new system. They worked with us on pricing & we agreed on price and installation date. They showed the next day installed necessary eat in one day. We're very pleased with the Company & the staff. They helped us in the middle of a heat wave and we have two in our household disabled.
