I have used Econo AIr for over 12 years. The service staff are always courteous, friendly, well trained, and honest. This year, Israel, told me my unit was overheating and needed some parts. The cost was two thirds of the price of a new unit, so I decided to get one.
Three days later, the installation crew of three, lead by Ernesto, came promptly and worked steadily until it was completed, almost seven hours. I was shown how to operate the new thermostat and asked if I had any further questions before they left.
The unit operates easily and gets the job done; I now have heat!
