Econo Air does a great job of explaining things to me. I am an elderly person and they take the time and have the patience to communicate with me everything that I need to know. For this service call, they did the maintenance check on my heating and air conditioning unit. The technician also checked to make sure my thermostat was set correctly. My area had had the electricity cut off to do maintenance on the lines and I set my own thermostat as best I could. He let me know that I did exactly what needed to be done. I appreciate their kindness. I have been using this same company since 1978! I highly recommend them!
