Overall service good but installers not as good representatives
EA came out to fix installation problems and did it good.
However; the installers needed to use our bathroom and used way too much toilet paper and put it in the garbage can. they left a black hand print on our towel. One was in there for over ten minutes. The other was in there for over 30 minutes. a quick visit is understandable a prolonged visit should be taken at a nearby gas station or elsewhere.
They did lay down tarps to keep from tracking all through the house - this was necessary based on the work they needed to do.
Overall they did communicate well.
