The service I received from Econo Air was fine. Everyone who works there is nice. They are all polite, considerate, and do the best they can. But they shouldn't have had to come out to my house so many times to replace and program the thermostats. When they came for their regular maintenance visit, I alerted them by phone that the thermostats weren't working. The technician arrived with three new thermostats but he didn't know how to program them. So I called the office again and explained that they needed to send out somebody who knew how to program them. So another technician came out, only to discover he didn't have the know-how. So a third guy was sent to program them all. After he left, one went bad. Then a fourth guy came out to reprogram everything. In the end, they got the job done and I'm happy. But the company should know that they wasted a lot of time sending out people who couldn't do a specialized job even when specifically requested. I learned later that the person answering the phone was new. Things might be different now that some time has gone by. I am satisfied with the work done by Econo Air.
