We never received a copy of the work report.
I would like to receive the copy of the work and cost statements. I only saw an app but nothing ever appears on it. Can a hard copy be sent to us?
Also, we would like out service for the AC and the Heater done prior to the season rather than during or near the end of the season when we use the appliance. Example: AC checked in May and Heater checked in November.
