Overall work done OK. some clumsiness caused damage to attic entry. some attempt to force taking out old furnace I believe was the cause. They tried repair but I had to do it right. also broke the slam-lock which I replaced.
Always seem to find something that needs to be replaced or fixed.
easy start was not offered at the time of installation. should have been included from the start.
