Tech was on time did a good job.
Given the price of service contracts, replacement of furnace/AC filter should be part of the cost. Why should the consumer run around to buy one, when your tech dept. has them on hand?
I had a filter on hand and the tech nicely replaced the dirty one. He was good to work with.
