As I did promise I am sending you this email in to what we did discuss on Saturday the 23rd of May. So you bought a mainetence plan for two visits one for the furnace and air conditioning which will cover winter and summer .this is when the 26point inspection and 23 point inspection take place. 26 point inspection is what taken place on the air conditioning mainetence the technian will check the 1. Thermostat 2. Air filtration system, 3) Fan Motor 4)Run Capacitor,5) electrical wiring , 23 Point Inspection is for the heater 1)Carbon Monoxide 2)Blower motor 3)Heat exchanger 4)ignition system 5)gas pressure. They will check the entire system I am just naming a few things that they do at the mainetence visit each season. Now let me talk to you about the mainetence plan this mainetence plan give perks 1)Guaranteed Service Window 2)10% towards repairs 3)After Hours Diagnostics.
