Furnace is 11 years old. Was sometimes failing to make heat when called for by the thermostat. Blake quickly recognized that the fire sensor used in the start-up sequence was marginal. He recommended replacing it and also several other small items related to efficient running. Also he suggested replacing the air induction motor which is also related to clean burning. He replaced the small items from the truck and ordered the motor, which he replaced a week later. He obviously knew what to do and got the jobs done quickly.
