This was not my first time using Econo Air. They have always done good work for me so I continue to them when I need work done to my units. I recently had them come out to both of my homes. I had them put a new unit into one of my homes and check a unit in my other home. The technicians who came out for both of the jobs were very knowledgeable and professional. They showed up on time and they were respectful of the properties. They took time to make an assessment of what they was going on and let me know what they found with their assessment, then told me what they would be able to do to fix it. They also took the time to answer any of the questions I had for them. Their pricing is always reasonable and their customer service is good. They are always able to schedule appointments quickly and work around my schedule. I have come to trust and count on the honesty of Econo Air and I will continue to use them!
