Just wanted to pass along a hearty 'Thank You' for Blake our Service Tech and your company's service on our unit. Our part was special ordered and came in quick and at a fair and reasonable price. Blake our Tech installed it and did a fantastic job. He was so friendly and professional, and really worked hard to communicate clearly with my father, who is hard of hearing.
