I had a situation with mold in our house. Unfortunately I hired another company to do the remediation work before I found out about COIT. I called COIT and was wanting a second opinion/advise. I was referred to Max Frimu. I was pleasantly surprised that someone took the time to listen and talk to me without any strings attached. Max was completely honest and open and shared his knowledge and expertise of the situation.
Most other remediation company will not give you the time of day unless you pay them up front for the estimate. If I had to do it over again, I would go with Max because he is knowledgeable, honest and passionate about his work. On top of that, he really cares about helping people and doing right by them. I wish there were more people like Max in this line of work so people are not taken advantage of. If anyone has a situation with mold in their homes, I would recommend going and talking to Max first.
