The carpet cleaning that I received from COIT was of superior quality. The service provider arrived a little later than I had hoped, but still within the 2-hour window promised. He was thorough and efficient with the use of time - the three rooms were done in less than an hour. Great care was exercised in the performance of the job and any spilled water was quickly wiped up.
