In addition to being punctual, they provide an excellent service in so many categories. I’ve been in my home for 20 years and my hardwood floors needed serious help. Since I can’t afford to replace them, I called COIT to see what they could do. They were honest about what they could realistically do, short of completely sanding down the floors. My floors were deep cleaned and sealed with what I consider to be a miracle product.

The technician also moved some heavy furniture out of the way, which spoke volumes to me, because I’m not allowed to lift due to back issues. He waited 6 days and returned to move the furniture back in place. I am so happy with Coit and plan to have more services done this year.
