I had Coit clean the carpets in my mom's condo prior to putting it on the market. The young man was in constant contact with me as to when he would arrive, giving me plenty of time to get there. He was efficient in setting up, did not need me to stay and supervise and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received.
