The man from Coit arrived early, which was good. I was told I would get a call before he came, but he came without calling because he was in the area. The pricing is very high. We live in a single-wide mobile home and wanted just the living room and hallway cleaned. He told me that the regular service charge is $150 for any type of home and that the hallway & living room would be added to that, so the total cost was $165. This is quite high compared to other carpet cleaning businesses, but I was given the choice to either accept the cost or have him leave. I chose to accept the cost, but will not call Coit again. Even with a 40% off coupon, that does NOT apply to the service charge of $150, only to anything added to that. Coit did a great job on my beige carpet, very quick, and the carpet was not soaking wet when completed, though it took about 24 hours for it to feel completely dry. Summary: Good job...high cost.
