Poor....but ended well
The fellow who cleaned an expensive Oriental carpet left streaks in the rug which caused a week of consternation about replacing a ruined product. Then Coit sent a fellow named Kim who saw at once that the first guy had not properly handled the nap, and instantly solved the problem. So, 1 star for the first guy but 5 for the second, meaning I can't unequivocally say it was a great experience.
