I sold my house and was moving in to a new place, so I needed some place to put my stuff for a couple of months in between. CSI Mini Storage in Richmond was the perfect place to store my stuff. They had good prices and a big space compared to all the other storage places. It was a lot of storage for the price. They also had a special offer for two months at almost half the rent. That was perfect because I only needed to store my stuff for two months. At first I did an online reservation, and then when I went into the store to sign the contract they had great customer service. There have been a couple of times when I went in to the office and talked to the people and they are always great with customer service. There are no problems or issues at all. I only wish they had more locations because other storage companies are a lot more expensive and the spaces are smaller. I recommend them to my friends all the time.
