The reason I gave them the high ratings that I did is that they had the wisdom to hire a very good Spanish gentlemen who does all the maintenance around the yard. He is self-directed, friendly, and makes sure everyone is well taken care of. I can't tell you anything about the management because I don't interact with them. However, the person who does the maintenance is first-class. They should never let him go. I have been using them for six or seven years now. It's a good value, and it's well maintained. I highly recommend them.
