I did just a little bit of shopping around with other storage units in the Bay Area and Csi Mini Storage in Richmond was significantly cheaper than other options and I definitely appreciated that. In addition, they had a deal going for 50% for the first two months which was great. The personnel were all very helpful when it came to showing me around the units originally, so I could pick the one that was right for me. Another feature they offered which was nice and made them stand out from other places, is that they also had the moving trucks and two guys to help move things into my unit. The guys who came and helped me were awesome! They were really professional, careful with my stuff, and went above and beyond the allotted time to make sure everything was fitting into my unit so I appreciated those staff members.

I had a little bit of trouble getting hold of people at the office to close out my account with them. The amount of interaction and waiting to close out account was inconvenient.
