I'm generally happy but wish I got a loyalty discount as a long term customer

1) It's unfortunate that real estate prices in the bay area have gone up, pushing the storage rates also higher. I've rented since 2012 and really wish I got some kind of loyalty bonus, instead of the increased rent.

2) I was happy using my Discover credit card for CSI Alameda payments. It's unfortunate that Discover is no longer accepted.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our facility. Yes, real estate prices in the Bay Area continue to increase, as do rental rates for properties such as ours. Although we recently increased your rent by a modest amount, we continue to offer some of the lowest storage rental rates in the Bay Area. You are correct that we do not accept Discover cards. (We have never done so.) We do accept the major credit cards, and we also offer convenient online and automatic payment options.
