I had been using CSI Mini Storage for a year. Their customer service was great. It was more the quality of what I was getting that was unexpected. It seemed to be less quality than I expected. They're also out in the middle of no where so they attracted some bugs that I wasn't expecting. I expected them to use some kind of bug control. I recommend them depending on what you're putting in storage. It could totally work for some people for the value.
