Their offices aren't open to assist with issues for the same duration as their service hours so sometimes when need to go to my unit at CSI Mini Storage, the office isn't open. I've had issues using my code to get in but when there isn't anyone there to help, I have to go back. Ultimately, I don't have access to my things except during their office hours which aren't convenient to me during my work hours. Additionally, they won't handle code issues over the phone, probably a security thing which I understand but there isn't an option for email or any other contact except in person. It's not a very customer forward system set up to navigate issues like that.
