Fine facility.
We use the Richmond location of CSI Mini Storage. For its proximity to the city, the value is good. Overall, it's a fine facility. However, I found it hard to set up a payment plan online. Also, I would like to see someone on-site more of the time. I don't like being there alone when CSI Mini Storage isn't staffed.
