Every time I've gone to CSI Mini Storage, they are very helpful to me. They go above and beyond what I would expect normal service to be. They've been nothing but helpful and friendly. The Richmond location is most definitely a clean, well-lit facility that feels safe. We've used a couple of different places over the years, starting in Oakland, and some of them were downright scary! Five stars for CSI Mini Storage! I've already recommended them to my friends and I recommend them to everyone!
