My experience at the Richmond Csi Mini Storage was fine. I liked that they had a loaner truck, they picked up my stuff from home, and loaded it into my storage unit. This is the first time I've worked with them. It was easy, they were professional, trustworthy, and not creepy like some employees of storage units can be.
