We had been using CSI for a number of years and now each of our grown daughters have their own units. This past Labor Day weekend--just before they were closing for the holiday. We arrived in a rented cargo van with a mattress/box spring to put in our unit. The gate had "just" been locked and we were frantic-having to return the van that evening. One of the employees - Jimmy pulled up and listened to our plea, called his supervisor and they agreed to open the gate so we could leave our things. As well, Jimmy helped us unload, knowing we were in a hurry. What wonderful service.
