They have a unique situation. They rent carports which I haven't seen other storage places offer. CSI Mini Storage is also less expensive than other storage places I have checked out.

I am basically happy. But sometimes when I want reach them on the phone, its hard to talk to a live person. I would also like to be able to pay my bill on the internet. They do give a long grace period to pay the bill. But sometimes I forget and when I call them its can be hard to get them on the phone.

I would recommend them.
