We had a problem with our area rug. Called the manager. He had Abbey Carpet pick it up and personally expected it. Ordered us a new carpet on the spot! Delivered a new area rug one and a half weeks later. They were wonderful. Amazingly professional. I won't shop anywhere else. They stand behind their product.
