Salesperson Dan .Thoresen was terrific and very patient. We took home several floor samples and requested Abbey to send us larger samples; this was done promptly and arrived two days later.
We got a very fair price which included furniture removal, removal of old carpet and installation of new. Carpet arrived from California on time. The installers were very professional. The installation supervisor Cole dropped by to monitor progress and answer any questions. Our salesperson .Dan also called to check up on the installation. Great service. Look forward to many years of enjoyment with the Abbey carpet.
