We had been to every wood floor store in Naples and we're about to give up. Each salesmen we spoke to was full of high pressure sales tactics and empty promises. Then we met James M. at Abbey and he turned our whole experience arround. James really listened to us and our needs, he took the time to fully understand our project and helped educate us on the pros and cons of the sea of different materials.
