It is truly nice to know that with Legal Shield I can rest easy knowing there is a company providing a much needed professional service and appreciates their customers, This is something that has not many companies still base their Mission statement on, and mean it. My experience with Legal Sheild and with my local Law firm was completely unexpected compared with past experiences with Law Firms. In the past I felt like a bother to my chosen firm and attorney. Since I became a member of Legal Shield and contacted my local firm who are Deming,Hoffman,Parker,Campbell & Daley. I was taken by such a plaeasant surprise. They answered my call promply, was very courtius and professional. I mentioned that I was a Legal Shield member and she actually thanked me for calling. I discussed the purpose of my and gave her a basic descroption of my situation. She provided me a case number and an approximate time to expect a call from the attorney who handles the area of Law, gave me his name and an approximate time to expect his call back.. The
attorney called me back earlier than the expected time. He
carefully listened to my problem and gave me advise and counsel which I followed and my issue was solved within a day. What is most appreciated is the care I recieved, and a specific recommended proceedure to follow. The advise I recieved solved my problem and saved me well over $1000. Additionally they actually called me back to follow up and to make sure the matter was closed and that I was satisfied. My experience could not have been better from my initial contact to the professional response and advise, and most of all the follow up!
