I can't say enough nice things about Pettyjohns from the initial telephone call with a live polite person with knowledge of the service and process I was going to experience to the teamwork to meet my "emergency" needs to the fastidious delivery and reinstallation of my rugs. They were on their hands and knees making sure the rug was perfectly placed and smooth and then even placed my furniture back on it. And all very affordable. Not to mention the cleaning process and out come. I know I sound like a family member but I had never met any of them before...but you would never know it. I sent three more back with them- two extra fragile and one not so much. They are kind, polite, respectful people to boot Well worth the experience! They are awesome
