I came from out of town (2hrs) to have Pettyjohns clean my Flokati. Up until I found them I had been unable to locate anyone to clean this type of rug. Pettyjohns professionals did not give up on my rug! The rug came to them with pet urine and other stains...frankly, I had given up on the rug ever being cleaned. To my amazement the Flokati is now stain and odor free...it is amazing! Thank you for your above and beyond customer service, professionalism and never giving up!!
