These people are INCREDIBLY rude..
Especially the girl who works the front; she also happens to be the owner's daughter. Customer service can be a tough job and understandably people may get you upset, but she is like that from the moment you speak to her. She doesn't listen, she has a horrible tone, and a "what do you want me to do about it" attitude. Her father is not much better. And the cost to fix your car is ridiculous! You can go to a just-as- credible shop and pay 2/3rds what Broadway Auto costs. They need to take a class in customer relations.
